Ugh, I feel so dirty now. My biggest problem with the movie wasn't the ambiguity - aside from the faux-happy ending - Nikolai realizes what a fucking world of lunacy he's the central player in now- but that it was too short. I would've liked a bit more exploration of the world itself, some more interaction.
