Ed Stelmach was sworn in as the 13th premier of Alberta today on the steps of the Legislature building and he'll be appointing his cabinet tomorrow. It's going to be interesting to see who he appoints to which portfolio. He's reduced the number of ministries from 24 to 18 which means there will some major rearranging to be done in the next few months. Thursday, December 14, 2006
